In keeping with the Fajalauza tradition, this Blue Concha Traditional Spanish Lebrilo features the symbol of its native city. Pomegranate fruit and flowers cover the base of the lebrillo while the walls bear a concentric pattern.
Using techniques dating back to the 16th century, our artisans carefully make and paint each piece by hand.
Though the lebrillo historically served as a venerable washing basin before the advent of the machine, it has outgrown its role as a mere household amenity.
The lebrillo’s distinctive design makes for stunning wall decor. Often displayed in the home and garden along with fuentes, this flat-bottomed bowl has become synonymous with Fajalauza.
