If you have already chosen or created a final design, we can produce a test sample for purchase at its retail value. Once a test sample has been approved, we will produce the full order.
First Payment: 50% of the invoice is due upon making the order. This is a non-refundable down payment via Stripe or Wire Transfer.
Second Payment: The second payment of 50% is due before items are shipped.
Shipping on custom orders will be calculated once items are boxed and ready to ship. Depending on the product’s destination country (outside of the EU) and volume, import tax may apply.

Client submits inspiration and requirements for each item (designs, color palette, forms, sizing, material (earthenware or porcelain), estimated budget, and deadline.
Casa Pletórica submits project proposal, timeline, and detailed workflow. If the project is viable, Client submits 25% down payment.
Our team will produce 2-3 proposals to meet client’s requirements.
Once you are satisfied with the design concept (design, form, color), we produce one (1) sample per product for review. Test samples are shipped to Client for review before moving forward with the full order set.
Once Client approves sample items and confirms production of full order by submitting second payment (25%).
Casa Pletórica produces the full order based on final designs. Items ship once Client has submitted the remaining 50% payment.
