When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to duties, taxes, customs duties, and/or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges, which may be done through your local customs office. If left unpaid, or if a customer rejects their item at customs, the shipping cost to return that item to CASA PLETÓRICA (PLETÓRICA DESIGNS, S.L.), will be deducted from the original product price customer refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. Client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. Client bears the risk of loss during shipment. Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days of our receipt of the merchandise. A refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Please note, sale items are final and cannot be canceled, refunded or credited.
In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@casapletorica.com, attaching all the requested documents listed below, a brief description of the damage, the order number and shipping information.
We understand how disappointing this can be and will do our absolute best to replace them as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email, we will follow-up with next steps. Please note, however, any faults reported after 5 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear.
All parcels require the client’s signature upon delivery. In order to make a claim for a refund or replacement of damaged goods, please submit the following within the next 48 hours after delivery:
Image of the Notice of Delivery with client’s signature on it. If you do not have the opportunity to review and open the package before the delivery person leaves, please do not sign or open it afterwards.
Photo of the outer packaging (including the carrier's shipping label on it). It must show that the shipment has been made with the contracted transportation company and that the claim corresponds to the detailed shipment. The photo must be taken at a distance where all the data on the label is visible and legible.

Photo(s) showing all items received. If the products are not visible in a general shot, it will be necessary to add one more image of the damaged item. You can take the photo by grouping all the items in a single image.
Photo(s) of the damaged merchandise. It must show the damage in its entirety and not just a detail. If the damage is not noticeable in a general shot, please add an additional image of the item showing the damage. If more than one damaged item is found, please take photo showing damage on each individual broken item.
If you do file a claim for damaged goods, please keep all materials including the goods, all packaging (pallet, film, polyethylene foam sheets and boards, boxes) and shipping labels.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, CASA PLETÓRICA will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by CASA PLETÓRICA. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

You can request a return within 14 days from receipt of the package. All you need to do is contact hello@casapletorica.com.
In order to accept a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method, as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Make sure the item is intact and well protected, so that it is not damaged in transit. CASA PLETÓRICA reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return —scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
