This joyful dinner plate is hand-made and painted in Granada, the historical home of Fajalauza ceramicists in southern Spain. A cheerful update on the 16th century art form, these design shows us an eager little bird peaking through leaves, stretching toward a ripe pomegranate. The entire scene is framed by two circular motifs on the verge and rim of the plate.
