Painted in a vivid yellow over white glaze, this flat-bottomed serving bowl is one of our most delightful designs. Its base features a wide-eyed bird prancing among the branches of a pomegranate tree bursting with fruit. This lush design recalls the traditional Andalusian patio or courtyard, lush, teeming with flowers and fruit trees.
Known as “fuente semillana” in southern Spain, this bowl is made in the same shape as the traditional lebrillo. Much like the lebrillo, this flat-bottomed bowl has become another Fajalauza collective.
